ABS

This class will absolutely help you tone up to get the six-pack abs you have always wanted. It focuses on strengthening and stretching the body’s core (abs and back).

 

BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE TRAINING

The training will be held at the Fieldhouse Gym. We'll be doing sprints, lunges, a whole lotta push ups, and dips for those hard to reach triceps. When that's all over we'll break into teams for some light hearted comptetions designed to build friendships and foster empowerment. A key component will be cardio vascular training for you're ticker.

 

CARDIO KICK-IT

This high energy kickboxing class is a total body workout. This class combines the best of: kicks, punches, martial arts and boot camp drill. Cardio Kick-it will help develop strength, speed, power and increased stamina. Burn 500 or more calories with the ultimate workout!

 

FOREVER FIT

A low impact cardiovascular, strength and flexibility class designed for older adults, those recovering from an injury or moms who are expecting or have already had their bundle of joy.

 

HARD CORE LIFT

A highly efficient, full body workout. Featuring high intensity group strength training. A focus is placed on endurance utilizing barbells and hand weights to strengthen and sculpt all muscle groups.

 

KARATE

Experience Wado-Ryu Karate with Sensei Scott Rooker, 4th Degree Black Belt. Experience a total body workout. Develop agility, strength, and flexibility. Improve confidence and self-discipline. Unite mind, body and spirit. White Karate uniform or appropriate PT gear is required.

 

PILATES

Whether your health and fitness goals are to achieve your maximum fitness performance or to maintain a healthy lifestyle, it all begins with your core - back and abdominals. You need a strong foundation before you can build and repair around it. Learn strength and conditioning for lower back and abs. As well as proper stretching and breathing techniques, to carry with you as you walk the path of healthy living. Relax, learn and enjoy as this class reaches out to all levels of fitness. Learn gentle stretches to reduce physical tension. Practice breathing techniques that balance your nervous system. Learn inverted postures that may help lower blood pressure and decrease cortisol.

 

POWER YOGA

A dynamic class that harnesses the power of discipline and balance. Poses are vigorous with a fitness based approach employing strength and flexibility. Perfect for all levels of fitness.

 

SPIN

Prepare yourself for the ultimate calorie burning Hard Corps PT Challenge ever. Ride your way to optimal fitness levels as you conquer speed, endurance and strength all in one. Your legs will be screaming as you work on heart recovery and push your cardiovascular system to its limits! This isn't your average bike ride, the adrenaline rush is totally killer and will keep you from stopping even when you’re ready to call it quits. Results - that’s what it is all about.

 

STEP AND SCULPT

A combinations of resistance and cardiovascular trainings, alternating intervals between the step and strength moves using dumbells, barbells and or exercise bands.

 

YOGA

This class focuses on calming the nervous system by teaching you conscious breathing, muscular flexibility, and strength. All the while increasing your body joints range of motion. Yoga also assists in helping you achieve mental clarity, stress reduction, strengthening the immune system, and increasing the growth/anti-aging hormones.

 

ZUMBA

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
