aUTHORIZED PATRONS

The ITT Office at MCRD-San Diego is a department of the Semper Fit Division of the MCCS programs. MCCS incorporates programs listed under MWR (Morale, Welfare & Recreation). MWR programs and services are open to authorized patrons only. The following groups of people have access to all MWR programs and services: Service members on active duty, armed forces retirees, honorably discharged veterans with 100% service-connected disability, Medal of Honor recipients, non-remarried surviving spouses and orphans of personnel who have died on active duty or in retired status or were married to the Service member for twenty years while they were on active duty, and DoD civilians stationed outside the U.S. Installation commanders have the authority to grant limited access to DoD civilians at installations within the U.S. For installation-specific eligibility rules, please contact the MWR program. FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF NEW MARINES MAY PURCHASE tICKETS

Family and friends of new Marines are welcome to purchase discounted tickets. Tickets can only be purchased at our ticket office window. Purchases made prior to Family Day and Graduation Day can be done for any friends and family who are considered authorized patrons of MCCS MWR. Friends and Family staying at the MCRD-San Diego billeting prior to Family Day and/or Graduation Day are authorized. We gladly welcome Star Card, MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover. Credit card holder must be present to sign with a valid form of identification.

FREE tICKETS TO SEAWORLD

Anheuser-Busch is honored to salute the men and women of our armed forces and their families. Throughout 2010, members of the military and as many as three direct dependents may enter any one of Anheuser-Busch's SeaWorld, Busch Gardens or Sesame Place parks free for a day.

THE SERVICE FEE

All tickets have a service fee incorporated into the price of the ticket. Service fees vary depending on the ticket. Check the expiration date on the tickets before you leave the ticket window. Parking fees are not included in any prices. These fees usually run around $10.00 - $15.00 per theme park.

REFUNDS

All tickets are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. Expired, Damaged, or Destroyed tickets are not valid for considerations of exceptions to this policy.

MAKING RESERVATIONS WHEN USING HOTEL VOUCHERS

• No voucher = no discount
• Make your hotel reservation before you buy your voucher
• Inform the hotel reservations office that you will be using a "MWR" voucher. Reservations are subject to availability and blackout dates of the MWR Voucher booking code.
• Most hotel rates don't include occupancy tax, state/city fees, optional amentities.
• Hotel rates subject to change at any time.
• MWR Vouchers are designated for the general authorized patrons of MWR (see AUTHORIZED PATRONS for specific individuals) only.
• Parking fees may be additional at most hotels.
